Type of staff :

Day Shift – 1 Clinical Coordinator, 3 RN, 1 CNA

Night Shift – 3 RNS, 1 CNA

Patient Ratios – 3-4 : 1

Type of equipment – Hoyer lift

EMR – Meditech

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Trauma experience

Wound care

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Stepdown experience

Chronic vent with trach care

Heavy PT needs

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS :

ACLS, BLS
