Health System is looking for a BC / BE Family Medicine Physician to join a multi-disciplinary, Patient Centered Medical Home model that integrates family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, nurse midwifery, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, podiatry and optometry.

The medical staff includes 3 family medicine physicians, an internist, pediatrician, an ob / gyn, general surgeon, orthopedic surgeon, 2 podiatrists, an optometrist, 2 certified midwives, 4 physician assistants and a family nurse practitioner.

Brand new clinic connected to a brand-new Tomah Memorial Hospital

1 : 6 call

Flexible schedule with the option of a 4-day work week

1 : 1 MA : MD / DO and 1.5 : 3; RN : MD / DO

The Clinic practices state-of-the art medicine and connects you with the entire Gundersen Health System with its digital radiology, telemedicine and a system-wide integrated electronic medical record (Epic.)
