Pediatric - Radiology Physician

We are seeking a fellowship-trained Pediatric Radiologist for a hospital-based locum tenens opportunity. This role involves a combination of onsite, remote, and call coverage at a high-volume pediatric facility.

Key Details :

Setting : Hospital-based

Call Coverage : 24 / 7 (rotational schedule) - 12 hour shifts day and night with weekend call

Trauma Level : Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center

Annual Imaging Volume : 80,000+ studies

EMR : EPIC

Patient Demographic : Ages 0 21

️ Support Model :

Standard radiology support staff onsite

Night coverage managed by teleradiology (vRad)

On-call radiologist provides backup in case of delays

Work Structure :

Diagnostic reads may be performed remotely

Onsite presence required for specific hours during daytime coverage

Required Modalities & Procedures :

MRI : Basic neuro, brain, spine, musculoskeletal (MSK)

Mammography

Angiography
