Services Compliance Sr Analyst

Overview

Your Impact The Services Compliance Sr. Analyst plays a vital role within the Services Compliance team, supporting regulatory and operational compliance across retail service programs. This role ensures all service offerings—new or existing—meet applicable legal, regulatory, and internal standards. In a fast-paced retail environment, the Sr. Analyst will collaborate with multiple departments, including Installation Merchants, Store Operations, Legal, Risk, and Field teams, to ensure a seamless and compliant customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Installation Merchants, SF&I Sales and Execution, Legal, Licensing, Risk, etc.) to ensure retail service offerings meet all compliance requirements before launch.
• Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from internal stakeholders across retail stores, merchandising, and services operations.
• Manage federal, state, and local Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule (RRP) compliance for all services performed under retail programs, documenting and resolving complaints where necessary.
• Support Commercial and Pro customer initiatives by ensuring services delivered in multifamily, commercial, or complex retail environments meet all licensing and compliance standards.
• Maintain and update installation contracts and independent service provider agreements based on regulatory or legal changes.
• Collaborate on the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in a retail setting.
• Track and analyze KPIs on a weekly basis to monitor program compliance, using reports to identify and address root causes of underperformance.
• Review marketing and service content across customer-facing platforms to ensure messaging aligns with compliance and legal guidelines.
