Job Overview

• Start Date : Dec. 1
• Setting : Clinic + inpatient call
• Patient Volume : 15-18 per day
• Job Details :
• OP schedule : Mon-Fri 36 hours of patient care / ambulatory clinic coverage each week. Flexible schedule is available between 8a-5 : 30p.
• Hospital call coverage : call rotation every 4 th or 5 th week, one full week at a time. Expected hospital visits : Weekdays (M-F) for new consults. Sat and Sun for rounding only
• Client Requirements : BC / truly BE. Indiana license or IMLC
• EMR : Epic
