Responsibility Area :
- Responsible for the promotion and sale of Grifols plasma products and related services or diagnostic programs to clinics and doctors in the assigned area
- Profit maximization through increased acceptance of our products and service programs
- Building a network of potential customers
- Establishing long-term customer relationships
- Conducting events and training for customers (doctors & medical staff)
- Representing Grifols at regional and national conferences
- Continuous reporting and documentation of data into the predefined sales promotion systems
- Continuous market analysis and observation of competitor activities
- Communicating market information and competitor activities to direct supervisors and relevant departments (e.g., marketing, medicine, etc.)
Requirements Profile :
Completed scientific study or qualification as a pharmaceutical representative ( 75 AMG)Scientific backgroundExperience as an outside sales representative (minimum 3 years)Very good IT skills with the independent use of Outlook & Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience in handling CRM systemsEffective communication skills in speech and writingPresentation skills in front of individuals and groupsGood English language skills
