Payment Processing Analyst

A company is looking for a Payment Processing Analyst II, responsible for supporting daily operations of payment processing across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Creates strategic plans for payment processing and recommends future vendors and products

Handles escalations to vendors and resolves issues with vendor performance

Monitors compliance across financial systems and addresses any out of compliance issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field

2-4 years of experience in payment processing, financial operations, or banking

Familiarity with payment systems and networks (e.g., WorldPay, NACHA, PayPal)

Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus

Experience with ERP or payment platforms is preferred
