Job Description :

Responsible for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care in an acute care setting. Provides holistic and individualized care, develops and coordinates plans of care that consider psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors. Maintains collaborative communication between patients, families, physicians, and the care team. Adheres to hospital policies, standards, and regulations to ensure optimal patient experience.
