What You'll Do

Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, personalization, and experimentation at scale.

Own and evolve Recurly's content strategy across the buyer journey from awareness to conversion to customer success.

Lead content development for campaigns, website, demand gen, and sales enablement ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact.

Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, demand gen, design, and sales to align content with business objectives and pipeline goals.

Analyze performance data and translate insights into ongoing optimization, proving content's impact on growth.

Champion storytelling that elevates customer voices, highlights industry trends, and positions Recurly as the category leader.

Mentor and guide contributors (internal and external) to ensure quality and alignment with brand voice and strategy.

What You'll Bring

5+ years in content strategy, product marketing, or demand-gen roles within B2B SaaS.

Proven success leading content programs that drive measurable business results.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills you know how to capture attention and convert it.

Strong grasp of SEO, funnel metrics, and campaign reporting.

Experience with AI-driven content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Writer, etc.) to boost productivity and personalization.

Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable leading across teams and priorities.

Bonus : experience enabling sales teams with content that accelerates pipeline.
