We are seeking a Lead Toddler teacher for out Beginners classroom (12-18 months). The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and love for working with young children.

This position requires a CDA, TCC or a degree in ECCE or related field

Key Responsibilities :

Implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.

Integrate creative arts, language, math, and science into daily lessons.

Diaper changing

Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment.

Manage classroom behavior and guide children in developing social skills and emotional regulation.

Organize and maintain classroom materials and resources.

Observe and assess each childs progress, skills, and needs.

Provide feedback and reports to parents or guardians regarding child development and behavior.

Maintain accurate records of each childs progress and activities.

Foster open and effective communication with parents, caregivers, and colleagues.

Address concerns and provide support to families as needed.

Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience.

Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy classroom environment.

Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications : o CDA or TCC

o Associates degree in ECCE or related field
