Salary : $325,000–$350,000 + productivity bonus + sign-on bonus

Schedule : Full-Time or Part-Time (salary pro-rated for part-time)

Position Overview

Adirondack Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pathologist to join our expanding pathology team in beautiful Saranac Lake, New York. This is a unique opportunity to practice general community pathology with a broad case mix and meaningful work-life balance in a supportive, collegial environment.

Position Highlights

Interpret surgical pathology, cytopathology, and clinical laboratory specimens

Provide frozen sections and intraoperative consultations

Participate in tumor boards, quality initiatives, and lab oversight

Collaborate with multiple specialties in a full-service community hospital

Subspecialty interests welcome (not required)

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary : $325,000–$350,000 (commensurate with experience)

Productivity incentive for additional earnings

Qualifications

MD or DO degree

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Anatomic and / or Clinical Pathology

New York medical license (or eligibility)

Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
