The Advanced Studies Program at St. Pauls School announces a search for the position of Major Course Teacher for a five-week intensive academic program running mid-June through late July of summer of 2026. The 2026 ASP Major Course Teacher dates of employment are June 18 - July 27 2026. Preference will be given to returning candidates. Full course descriptions located at
This position includes designing and teaching a rigorous course for approximately 10-14 talented and motivated rising high school juniors and seniors from New Hampshires public and parochial schools. Additional responsibilities include :
and other community meetings as scheduled.
QUALIFICATIONS :
A bachelors degree (masters or higher preferred); five or more years teaching at the secondary
or collegiate level or relevant career experience. A keen interest in current pedagogy and scholarship.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in experiential and project-based learning and building classes around future-focused essential questions. The Advanced Studies Program seeks innovative educators who are eager to participate in the academic and co-curricular life of a dynamic residential community. A successful candidate will have experience engaging a diverse student body and an interest in strengthening the ASPs inclusive community.
