The Center for Courageous Kids (CCK) is a world-class medical camp where children with serious illnesses and their families come to grow in confidence, gain independence, and meet their new best friend! CCK has served over 42,000 campers from 46 states and 13 countries. The children and families who attend CCK can experience activities like horseback riding, boating, fishing, rock climbing and bowling with no limitations or barriers. And best of all, no camper or family is ever charged to attend CCK!

The Center for Courageous Kids (CCK) is seeking a Camper Recruiter to develop, implement, oversee, and enhance all phases of camper recruitment, admissions, and registration processes to maximize attendance based on established criteria.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative position or an equivalent job field
• Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Must be flexible and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Must be able to manage a budget
• Proficiency in typing, proofreading and record keeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills
• High personal integrity and sound personal and professional ethics
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
