Caregiver Relations Specialists

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker who can implement effective HR strategies aligned with our business goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
• Facilitate talent management processes, including performance evaluations and career development initiatives.
• Maintain and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate employee data tracking.
• Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Handle change management processes to support organizational transitions smoothly.
• Administer workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and improve operational efficiency.

• Knowledge of Paychex or similar payroll systems is a plus.

Pay : $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
