Full-Time Design Advisor - Joss & Main

This is a FULL-TIME retail position requiring 30-40 hours of work per week, with 2 guaranteed days off. Evening and weekend availability is essential for this role.

Base Pay : $22.00 per hour

Location : Joss & Main - Oakbrook Center, Oak Brook, IL.

Responsibilities :

• Be the Customer's Trusted Advisor : Engage with customers by listening and understanding their needs. Lead design consultations that are conversational and insightful.
• Turn Vision Into Reality : Use your design expertise to create aesthetic and functional spaces, guiding customers through selections of color, materials, and product choices.
• Inspire with Tech + Tools : Utilize our design software to create 2D / 3D room views, mood boards, and compelling presentations.
• Always Be Designing (and Selling) : Each interaction is a chance to foster trust and drive sales by converting design dreams into purchasable plans.
• Multitask with Purpose : Balance various tasks and appointments with a positive attitude and adaptable mindset.
• Be a Team Player : Collaborate with the team on visual merchandising, inventory, and sharing innovative design ideas.
• Drive Sales with Style : Proactively seek leads and assist customers in making informed decisions to realize their design goals.
