Experience : Minimum of 2 years current Critical Care experience

License : Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License

Certifications : ACLS (AHA)

BLS (AHA)

NIHSS

Must-Have :

Willingness to float to PCU as needed

Vent, ICP Monitoring, and Hemodynamic Monitoring experience required

Meditech Expanse experience preferred

TNCC preferred

BSN preferred

Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle

Description :

You must include your Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License up front with all nursing submissions.

This license is required by the state of Massachusetts to staff for temporary needs.

We cannot consider your candidate for consideration without this license uploaded with the traveler profile.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload.

Requests for time off after upload will not be approved.

No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.

Travelers are required to work two of the following holidays : Thanksgiving and the Friday / weekend after, Christmas Eve / Christmas Day and the Friday / weekend after, New Year Eve / New Year Day and the Friday / weekend after.

Extensions requested to end in November or before the holiday starts in December will not be considered for an extension at the beginning of the following year.

Unit size is 20 beds with a patient ratio of 1 : 2.

Dress code is personal scrubs of any color.

All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.

Requests made after an offer may lead to rescinded offers.

All scheduling requests must be included in the profile.
