Position Location : Onalaska, WI - Dynamic's newer facility!

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00am – 3 : 30pm; No Nights or Weekends, No Mandatory Overtime!

Salary : Starting wage of $18.00 - $20.50 / hour , dependent on experience. Pay increase opportunity twice annually!

Purpose & Summary : At Dynamic, we process end of life electronic devices to prevent precious resources from ending up in landfills and polluting our environment. As a member of our Sort & Shred team, you will support the operation of a state-of-the-art shredding system that takes whole electronics, like printers and televisions, down to their base commodities, like steel, plastic, and glass. You will evaluate and sort material before it enters the shredding system, and then perform quality assurance on the material after it has been shredded by picking out items that don't meet quality standards.

Warehouse Production Specialist Responsibilities include :

Education & Experience : High school or equivalent; no experience required!

Successful Candidate Profile : Ideal candidates for this position will have strong attention to detail, high standards, and enjoy seeing the visible results of their efforts. They will also work at a faster than average pace, and pride themselves on their accuracy and process-driven mindset.

Skills & Abilities :

Outstanding candidates will have previous experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in a sorting or quality assurance position.
