The Director, Engineering - Clinical Products will lead the engineering teams building sophisticated cloud applications supporting HeartFlow FFRct, Roadmap, Plaque, and other new products. These tools empower clinicians with advanced insights, data, and visualizations derived from CCTA images through intuitive and interactive user experiences.
This role is responsible for leading through engineering managers, scaling high-performing teams, and driving both the strategic direction and operational execution of our clinical products. The ideal candidate has a strong background in building and scaling engineering organizations, driving team planning and delivery, and ensuring the technical and operational excellence required in a regulated healthcare environment.
You will work alongside passionate software engineers, UI / UX designers, product managers and research scientists to deliver future generations of Heartflow's AI-based products. As both a technical and people leader, you will play a critical role in scaling our organization and advancing our technology.

A reasonable estimate of the yearly base compensation range is $220,000 to $290,000 (For San Francisco Bay Area), cash bonus, and equity.
