Estimated Weekly Salary : $1360 - $1460

Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Tennessee RN license or multistate compact license

Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience

Current certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS

Proficiency in triage, medication administration, IVs, stroke and sepsis protocols

Ability to work night shifts and block scheduling

Must reside at least 50 miles from the healthcare facility

ER Nurse Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department

Utilize the Nursing Process in compliance with Tennessee Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies

Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in patient care planning

Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education

Delegate patient care tasks based on staff education and experience

Supervise assigned healthcare personnel delivering patient care

Adhere to stroke and sepsis protocols, triage, and medication administration procedures
