Seeking an adaptable, collaborative, BE / BC Hospitalist looking to spend time with patients and provide top quality care in Fargo, North Dakota. Position Details : 140 Beds, Closed ICU Strong, collegial team atmosphere with 20 full-time hospitalists and NP support Manage an average of 14-17 patients per hospitalist No procedures required Access specialty and 24 / 7 intensivist support Daytime shift Shift is 7 / 7 on & off Flexible shifts and scheduling options Compensation : $337,000 Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation Qualifications : BC / BE in Internal Medicine or BC / BE in Family Medicine with a strong interest and experience in hospital-based care (mentorship opportunities available) Community : Located in the eastern part of North Dakota, this city is a vibrant regional hub known for its dynamic arts scene, excellent educational institutions, and strong economy.
