Key Responsibilities

Builds and leads a global Supply Chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Drives automation and workflow optimization to enhance operational efficiency

Manages holistic planning across demand, supply, and production, ensuring timely product availability

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Supply Chain Operations experience in the CPG industry, preferably in Food & Beverage

Fluency in workflow automation tools and ERP / 3PL integrations

Experience managing a global Supply Chain team with multiple direct reports

Strong business acumen with an understanding of Supply Chain finance and market dynamics

Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel reporting
