Manhattan QA Lead - Project Delivery Specialist - Enterprise Performance

Work you'll do / Responsibilities

The QA Lead will oversee the quality assurance strategy and execution for Manhattan Active WMS and its interfaces. This role involves leading QA team, designing test frameworks ensuring seamless integration across supply chain systems. This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain logistics, and enterprise system integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS, strong technical skills API, WMS Interfaces testing, and a proven track record of leading QA efforts in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Your ability to collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders will be key to delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient WMS solutions that support business goals.

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications

Required

7+Years of experience in Software with at least 2 years in the lead role.

3+ years of experience in testing Manhattan Active WMS or similar WMS platforms.

3+ Years of Experience with cloud-based WMS platforms and SaaS testing strategies.

Experience in interface testing and supply chain system integrations

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.

Experience with interface testing (REST / SOAP APIs, JSON, Postman).

Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing.

Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA).

Strong knowledge of automation frameworks

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead distributed teams and manage multiple priorities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Agile / Scrum experience with participation in sprint planning and retrospectives.

Experience with cloud-based WMS deployments.

Exposure to Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF).

Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain; or equivalent experience

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve

Warehouse Application Experience (Manhattan active)

Analytical / Decision Making Responsibilities

Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

Excellent Written and Communication Skills

Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
