At Soar Autism Center, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of young children on the autism spectrum. As we continue to innovate and build a better model of care for kids, the role of the Youth Learning Assistant (also called a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician) plays a key part in helping children learn and grow every day.
Our approach draws from the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) , a fun, play-based form of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. By joining our team, you’ll use play, creativity, and compassion to support children’s developmental progress and help them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities :
Participate in ongoing training and supervision to earn and maintain RBT certification
Qualifications :
RBT certification required for our Colorado Springs location
