Director of Incident Response

A company is looking for a Director of Incident Response.

Key Responsibilities

Lead engagement scoping and coordinate with victims of ransomware and forensic partners

Manage workload distribution and team member utilization across multiple incident response engagements

Provide hands-on leadership to engineering teams executing recovery missions and develop training materials

Qualifications

At least 10 years in IT infrastructure engineering and leadership

Recent experience leading engineering teams in complex, high-stakes engagements

7+ years of relevant IT infrastructure engineering experience, including endpoint security and Windows Server

Bachelor's or Associate degree in Information Technology, Business, Operations, or relevant field experience preferred

Ability to respond to inquiries and manage engineering teams beyond normal business hours
