Assistant Food And Beverage Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to support the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards, and leading a team to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
- Support the Food and Beverage Manager in achieving departmental goals, budgets, and service standards.
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and teamwork.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control for food, beverages, and supplies.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development, promotions, and events.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed accurately.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within food and beverage (2+ years preferred).Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.TIPS / TAMS CertificationServeSafe CertificationStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.Knowledge of food and beverage trends, service techniques, and POS systems.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.What We Offer
