About The Position

Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience

License : Active state or compact state RN license required

Certifications : BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS

Must-Have :

• Minimum 2 years of ED experience
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number
• Acceptance of floating as needed within scope

Description :

The position requires a knowledgeable and skilled registered nurse to function in a busy emergency department.

Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Flex scheduling is available with weekend work required every third weekend.

No call duties are required for this position.

Travelers and first-time travelers are accepted.

Experience with Meditech electronic medical record system is preferred, although training will be provided.

Successful candidates will be required to manage a diverse patient population with varying levels of acuity.

They will also be responsible for performing a variety of nursing procedures and assessments.

Interdisciplinary collaboration is critical in the provision of high-quality care.

All necessary certifications must be maintained throughout employment.
