• Job Setting : Level 2 trauma center with 15 ORs and 4 endo suites
• Types of Cases : General, Adult, OB, Neuro, Thoracic (non-open heart), Complex Vascular, Complex Ortho, Pain Management
• Credentialing : Estimated 90 days; IMLC not accepted
