- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations or a related field preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or senior living environment a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire) required.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to accurately verify and document inventory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service–oriented approach with a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Commitment to safety and teamwork in all work practices.
