Key Responsibilities
Perform a high volume of outbound sales calls to identify customer needs and issues
Clarify information and provide recommendations and solutions to customers
Build positive relationships with customers to enhance company image and public perception
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in B2C Sales, particularly with outbound and cold calling
Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus
Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service and sales skills
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
Proficient in relevant computer applications
