Visiting Professor of English

A company is looking for a Visiting Professor I - English.

Key Responsibilities :

Develops and provides students with an approved syllabus that includes terminal course objectives

Organizes, prepares, and regularly updates all course materials and utilizes appropriate technology for course delivery

Models effective communication, sets clear expectations for the course, and ensures consistency in grading and feedback

Required Qualifications :

A master's degree in English, Rhetoric, or Communications, with 18 graduate credit hours in the subject being taught

Credentials must be from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

Subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills are essential

Must possess excellent motivational and instructional skills in a diverse environment

Able to work collaboratively and facilitate efforts of diverse groups
