Job Summary
seeking a highly technical, hands-on End-to-End IT Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-wide technology decisions and ensure alignment across business units. This role is critical in proactively guiding technology strategy, rationalizing the corporate IT portfolio, and preventing redundant or misaligned tool adoption. The ideal candidate will possess broad expertise across ERP, CRM, marketing platforms, finance systems, and emerging technologies like Generative AI, with strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a hands-on architect across all corporate technologies including ERP, CRM, marketing, sales operations, finance, and AI platforms.
- Engage early with business units to guide technology decisions before procurement begins.
- Evaluate and rationalize technology choices to prevent duplication and ensure alignment with internal systems.
- Research new tools, document findings, and submit security documentation in collaboration with the CISO and security teams.
- Establish processes for early IT involvement in business initiatives.
- Interface with CIO, CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders to communicate technology strategy and decisions.
- Identify and address cases where business units pursue tools without IT involvement, especially when internal solutions exist.
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience managing a corporate-wide technology portfolio across multiple domains.Deep technical knowledge of enterprise platforms and tools, including ERP, CRM, marketing automation, and finance systems.Exposure to or personal use of Generative AI tools, with a strong interest in applying AI to business challenges.Experience working with security teams and submitting formal documentation for tool evaluation.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with executive leadership.Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Work Arrangement
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL.Required to be onsite at least four days per week initially, with potential for flexibility after demonstrating success in the role.UPDATED NOTES
we need candidates who are truly hands-on-actively building, integrating, and troubleshooting solutions, not leading teams or advising. All previous submissions have missed the mark, and we risk losing exclusivity if we don't adjust. They need a true IT Technical Architect (someone hands on) who can code, knows salesforce and other systems / platforms in a technical manner, and can guide conversations with a CIO, CEO and CFO.
We need to look for candidates who can walk through their own technical work, show code samples, and discuss hands-on problem-solving in recent projects. We've been asked to go beyond titles and buzzwords. If a candidate can't show us recent hands-on work or walk through a technical solution in detail, they're not the right fit
