DESCRIPTION
:Thecandidate will draft and solicit approval for new requirements while providing in-depth requirement analysis. In addition, he/she will validate requirements, plan and execute testing, provide final technical review, and oversee requirements tracking in collaboration with teams, customers, and service providers. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Identifies opportunities to integrate and improve resources to accomplish customer needs.
Possesses a thorough understanding systems being used by customer and home office.
Possesses a strong understanding of web design, user interface and programmatic/engineering concepts.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and written and oral communication skills.
Display knowledge of component requirements management systems.
Collect and reporting of requirements related metrics
Estimates software-testing costs and schedule; including the master schedule.
Performs QA of requirements and development artifacts, develops and executes test plans for full functionality and performance
Generates status reports on requirements development, development and testing progress
Assist in the preparation of management plans and reports.
Participate in program meetings including preparing and distributing meeting minutes and action items; track and monitor action items for successful completion.
Expertise in Microsoft Access strongly preferred
