HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

Here at My Jockey we are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC / R systems, mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to providing high-quality service. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties.

• Duties
• Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters to diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to complete installations in a timely manner.
• Conduct field service visits to assess customer needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all installations and repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding HVAC systems.
• Qualifications
• Proven 3-4years experience in HVAC installation as a technician or 5 years as a lead technician.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively.
• Familiarity with refrigerant handling and HVAC / R systems is essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in the HVAC industry.
• Must have worked for a prior HVAC company.
