About Forestdale
Forestdale is a NYC-based child welfare agency supporting families through parenting, prevention, and foster care services. We help families navigate trauma, raise the next generation, and support youth transitioning into adulthood. Our mission is to ensure children and families have the resources they need to thrive. We serve low-income and immigrant communities across Brooklyn and Queens.
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising and Communication Specialist is a high-energy, dynamic multi-tasker responsible for developing and maintaining a vibrant and strategic community engagement program. This role serves as a key liaison between Forestdale and its partners, donors, government entities, and the broader community. This position works closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to drive visibility, engagement, and support for Forestdale’s mission.

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
