Objective / Purpose :
The Concierge Assembly Assistant plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless, high-quality assembly experience for 7th Avenue customers. This position supports the daily operations of the assembly team by assisting the Assembly Managers with key performance indicators (KPIs), coordinating with remote assembly team members, and providing direct support to assemblers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to upholding the 7th Avenue standard of service.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Close the loop on assemblies, confirming they are completed within 7th Avenues quality guidelines and service standards.
- Assist with daily duties and support scheduling for the remote assembly team.
- Serve as a point of contact for assemblers, addressing questions and providing guidance as needed.
- Ensure all assemblers are compensated in a timely manner.
- Monitor compliance with 7th Avenue assembly protocols and escalate issues as necessary.
- Assist the Assembly Program Manager in supporting day-to-day operations.
- Assist with special projects, reporting, and process improvements related to assembly and customer experience.
- Weekend availability is required ! Hybrid role, when WFH must have access to the internet, quiet place to take calls from customers and assemblers.
Qualifications :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an extra emphasis on spelling and grammar.People person, your job revolves around our customers, so you must love interacting with many people daily.Technically Proficient / Experienced with Google Suite, Notion, and quick to learn software.Team player with a strong positive attitude.Be a creative problem solver who is the internal champion for our customers.strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to upholding the 7th Avenue standard of service and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
