As General Manager of our Plymouth, MI pharmacy, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, inspire a collaborative culture, and keep our patients, partners, and team-members at the center of everything we do.
Location : 14700 Helm Ct, Plymouth, MI
Schedule : Day Shift, Monday - Friday, with some after hours and weekend on-call availability
Reports To : RVP, Operations
Salary : starting at $165k (with additional bonus opportunity based on performance)

Key Responsibilities :
Operational & Site Leadership
Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including fulfillment, order entry, pharmacists, delivery, and administrationEnsure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, HR, and operational policiesDrive pharmacy performance to meet quality, safety, and service benchmarksPeople & Culture
Lead and support site leadership team, supervisors, and staffConduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and employee engagement effortsPromote a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvementFinancial & Strategic Management
Manage pharmacy site budget, including expense control and labor managementParticipate in annual budgeting and monthly forecastingMonitor site-level P&L and report results to the Regional Vice PresidentClient & Partner Engagement
Serve as the point of contact for client facilities in your regionBuild strong relationships with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and partner departmentsCollaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Consulting to support client needsQualifications :
Education & Licensure
Degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferredActive pharmacist license in the state of MI; additional state licensure may be requiredExperience
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a pharmacy or healthcare settingProven experience managing operations, budgets, and multi-level teamsExperience in sterile compounding or managing operations that include an IV room or cleanroom environment is strongly preferredSkills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations (CMS, HIPAA, DEA, OSHA, State Boards)Confident communicator with solid written and verbal skillsAdept at problem-solving, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaborationAble to manage competing priorities in a high-paced, compliance-driven environmentFamiliarity with IV room operations, USPguidelines, and cleanroom workflow is a plus
