Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our virtual therapy team, serving approximately 42-52 students across diverse grade levels from kindergarten through eighth grade. This 37-hour weekly position emphasizes individualized intervention delivery through our sophisticated online platform. The role requires creative adaptation of evidence-based practices for virtual environments while maintaining the highest standards of professional practice and student engagement.

Primary Duties

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments utilizing virtual evaluation protocols
• Develop prehensive intervention plans targeting specific IEP objectives and student needs
• Provide direct therapy services through interactive virtual sessions with engaging digital materials
• Collaborate closely with educational teams, families, and related service providers
• Maintain detailed progress documentation and data collection systems
