12-hour night shifts, weekends as scheduled. Typical schedule includes three shifts from 7 PM to 7 : 30 AM.

Job Description

The Float Pool Registered Nurse will work across various inpatient units based on competency, including ICU, Step-down, and Medical / Surgical units. Patient ratios vary by unit. Med / surg has a 1 : 6 ratio, Step-down has 1 : 4 / 5, and ICU has 1-2 / 3.
