What We're Looking For :

If you hold a bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university in one of the following fields, we want to hear from you :

  • Birth
  • Kindergarten Education / Early Childhood Special Education / Special Education / Education / Elementary Education
  • Child Development / Human Development / Family Relations / Family Studies / Family and Consumer Sciences / Child and Family Studies
  • Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing, or other human services fields

Your Role :

As a Developmental Therapist, you'll work directly with children and their families, providing interventions tailored to each child's unique needs. Your efforts will help foster growth, development, and confidence in children with developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct support and intervention to children with developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with families to create and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct assessments to identify each child's needs
  • Use behavior management strategies to support positive development
  • Assist with medication administration when necessary
  • Coordinate early intervention services and connect families to resources
  • Work closely with educators, healthcare providers, and other professionals
  • Track progress and adapt plans to ensure continuous growth
  • Maintain open, respectful communication with children, families, and team members
  • Ideal Candidate Skills

  • Compassionate caregiver with a genuine passion for childrens growth
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and intervention strategies
  • Experience working with children on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
  • Effective team player with a collaborative spirit
