Schedule 12-hour night shifts with weekend requirements of every other weekend. Must be available for two out of three holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas / Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day / Eve. Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical / Surgical Telemetry unit. The role requires floating between various telemetry units, including the Emergency Department for ED HOLD patients. Our telemetry units focus on diverse patient populations, including oncology, orthopedic, and urology specialties. Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced telemetry environment. Monitor vital signs and respond to patient needs promptly. Administer medications and treatments according to protocols. Perform procedures such as IV therapy, bladder scans, and blood draws. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update patient care plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a Medical / Surgical Telemetry setting. AHA BLS certification required; CMSRN certification preferred. NIH Stroke Scale certification must be obtained prior to starting. New York State RN license or proof of application with an applied date is required. Why ARMStaffing?
