IT Business Analyst

Description

Hummel in Grafton, WI is looking to add a IT Business Analyst to their growing team! The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business process knowledge, project management experience and technical skills. This role is an on-site position and will work closely with the business to understand their needs, implement systems enhancements & additions, and provide systems support on an ongoing, day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities :

• Administer, configure, and maintain Hummel's core systems (ERP, WMS, eCommerce, CRM) to ensure optimal performance, functionality & data integrity
• Provide functional support to end-users; teaching them the proper way to use the system, while assisting with implementing "workarounds" when system issues affect operations
• Manage system enhancement & implementation projects, including requirements analysis, solution design & testing, and budget / timeline management
• Maintain relationships with software & support vendors, working with them on support cases, implementing new features, and proper use of products
• Maintain system documentation, including change logs, common fixes to incidents, etc.
• Follow all company safety, quality and housekeeping policies, procedures, and practices
• Other duties as assigned
