Position Overview :
- Works collaboratively with all BHN teams to connect individuals and families to Peer & Family Support and Wellness Hub services.
- Supervises and mentors Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialists (CIPSS).
- Provides individual and group support maintains a caseload and co-facilitates :
Client Advisory Committee
Step-Down groupAlumni groupsOversees daily operations of the Wellness Hub including scheduling safety programming and group delivery.Supports health wellness recovery creative expression social connection and engagement in psychosocial / skill-building groups.Collaborates with clinical staff and peer staff (those with lived experience).Contributes to ongoing program development.Salary :
$18$24 per hour depending on experience and education.Benefits :

Qualifications
MHRT / C certification required.CIPSS certification or Peer Recovery Coach credential (can be obtained within 612 months of hire).Preferred : Experience working with adults with co-occurring disorders addiction severe mental illness and psychosis .Shall have at least two (2) years of relevant experience working with adults specifically in a Behavioral Health Home Care Coordination or ACT (case management / clinical case management) capacity.Experience facilitating groups and providing supervision.Knowledge of local community resources.Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer skills.Required Experience :
