A company is looking for a Business Analyst with an IT Service Management or operational background.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and analyze business problems, define scope, and streamline operations
Document project needs, gather requirements, and develop business testing strategies
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, managing project documentation and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant fields
2-4 years of relevant experience in business analysis or project management
Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation skills
Experience across project lifecycle and understanding of project management methodologies
Familiarity with integrating AI tools into processes
