The HR Solutions Consultant is a client-facing HR expert responsible for delivering high-quality service across a wide range of client accounts. This role requires a consulting mindset and the ability to manage complex projects while meeting billable hour goals. Consultants serve as strategic partners to clients, applying in-depth knowledge across core HR disciplines including recruitment and onboarding, compliance and employment law, payroll administration, and employee relations. They also provide consultative guidance in areas such as organizational development, performance and accountability systems, compensation strategy, and employee engagement initiatives. The consultant must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to diverse industry needs, and maintaining clear, professional communication throughout the client lifecycle.
