Clinical Pharmacist, Lubbock

The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient‘s medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Shifts Available are :

Per Diem / On Call : Variable

Full Time : Night

This is an onsite position, requiring daily attendance at the designated location.

Candidates must reside within commutable distance of the following office location :

Texas : Lubbock

Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

Positions specified as “on call / per diem” refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an “as needed basis” to fill in for staff vacancies

Required Qualifications :

PharmD

• OR-

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy

Upon hire : Texas Pharmacist Registered

Preferred Qualifications :

Acute care hospital pharmacy experience

1 or more years of equivalent experience

Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
