What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the logistics and distribution location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activities or incidents to the appropriate personnel and / or authorities.

Assist with controlling access to the premises by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points.

Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergencies and / or evacuations as directed by site protocols.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and patrols as required by site procedures.

Interact professionally with visitors, employees, and delivery personnel to provide information and assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
