Job Summary

Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid‑size merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Payroll Territory Manager (PTM), you will report to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM). Activities include explaining our value proposition via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients, and maintaining regular communication with the PDM. The PTM is also responsible for training and coaching Senior Product Advisors (SPAs) who report to them.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients into our Payroll / HCM services realm.
  • Maintain client records in CRS, adding call notes and scheduling details.
  • Achieve minimum production requirements, setting first‑time appointments to secure a win.
  • Continuously build and develop knowledge of the product portfolio and industry developments.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with leadership.
  • Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs) who report to you.
  • Provide status updates to reporting PDM.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
  • Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check.
  • Must live in the area relative to the job posting location.
  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Incentive‑driven sales “hunter.”
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
  • High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
  • Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face interactions.
  • Accountable for measurable, high‑quality, timely results.
  • Ability to be in the field 50% of the time.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience.

  • First‑year professionals may expect an average of $90,000 – $105,000+ plus uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
  • 401(k) with matching program.
  • The base compensation range for this position is $0 – $0. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
