Job descriptionConduct secure telehealth sessions with individuals, couples, and families Build individualized treatment strategies that adapt to client needs Document services accurately and in compliance with state regulations Participate in peer collaboration to support client outcomes Stay engaged in ongoing professional development Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy Active Washington license (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting Proficiency with telehealth platforms and online documentation Strong communication and relationship-building skills Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid vacation and holidays Life insurance coverage

Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- $100,000 – $110,000 annually
