Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location : Somersworth, NH

Schedule : Full-Time | MondayFriday

Compensation : $25+ / hour (based on experience)

Caseload : 1 : 1 High School Student

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1 : 1 behavioral support to a high school student in Somersworth, NH for the current 20252026 school year . This is a full-time, onsite position working within a collaborative and student-centered educational environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct, 1 : 1 behavioral support to a student in accordance with their behavior intervention plan (BIP)

Implement ABA strategies and data collection under the supervision of a BCBA

Support the student throughout the school day in academic, social, and behavioral contexts

Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to ensure consistent and effective support

Assist in maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment

Qualifications :

Active RBT certification (required)

Experience working with adolescents in school settings preferred

Ability to follow behavioral protocols and maintain detailed data records

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Must be reliable, patient, and comfortable working in a high school environment
