Must-Have :

• Interventional Radiology experience

Description :

Interventional Radiology RN needed for 4x10 hour shifts.

Shifts will be weekdays from 07 : 30 to 18 : 00.

On-call every 5th weekend required.

Patients include adults and geriatrics with a staffing ratio of 1 : 1.

Experience required is a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

First-time travelers are allowed, but they must have Interventional Radiology experience.

Travelers may be floated to other units as needed.

Call rotation will be discussed during the interview.

Candidates must have a permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility to submit.

RTO should be included in the profile at the time of submittal.

Flu vaccine is required unless an exemption is documented.

Covid vaccine is not required.

Submission must include candidate profile, specialty-specific skills checklist, references, and license verification.

Certifications must be from approved organizations, specifically for BLS and ACLS.

Previous charge experience is preferred, along with familiarity with charting systems.

Daily census typically includes around 8 patients.

The unit performs various procedures, including angiograms and embolizations.

Interdisciplinary support includes various therapy teams and specialist services.

Candidates should have strong skills in procedural sedation and IV access.
